About us.
We are a small operation. A group of three friends got together to start this small support site. We are constantly dealing with the IT support issues of friends and relatives and over time have gained a lot of hands-on experience working with computers. Two of us also have IT qualifications, from Microsoft and Cisco, to back us up so we do know what we are doing! We’re far from kids playing with a computer in the bedroom.
Between us, we have over 30 years in IT and electronics and electrical experience to call upon.
